Exciting times ahead as Stitch Recruitment officially opened its doors as of Wednesday 1st May 2019.

It’s been a long-term dream of both Shannon Lippert and Rachel Stefanovski to team up and create a unique recruitment agency built around core values of authenticity, transparency, collaboration and expertise.

After 15 years of recruitment experience in both the Sydney and Melbourne markets, Stitch Recruitment was launched with the goal to turn the recruitment world on its head. Creating an agency where both candidates and clients feel comfortable and supported in an honest and relaxed environment. No more stiff and stuffy recruitment processes just raw and honest collaboration with all parties.

Shannon and Rachel’s story starts in 2011. While working alongside each other within agency recruitment, they forged a strong friendship and professional connection out of their passion for recruitment.

“We were tired of seeing a transactional style recruitment process being delivered where clients and candidates were not receiving true value from their recruitment partners. It was from our desire to change this stigma that Stitch Recruitment was born.”
