The difference between our retained and permanent recruitment service is that Stitch works on a fee for service, rather than on a contingent basis. Our agreed fee is split into three payments which are payable on engagement of the role, at candidate shortlist and then finally upon completion and success.
We prioritise all retained recruitment to ensure a bespoke, quality service that is tailored exactly to you and your business model. We provide our retained clients with a dedicated recruitment team who will source and headhunt passive candidates in the market that most will not have access to.
