During Rachels's recruitment career, she has engaged and managed a number of big four firms and mid-tier key accounts, as well as numerous leading boutique firms across Wealth & Financial Advice, Banking & Finance and Professional Services. She has won extensive PSA tenders and works closely with clients to successfully develop their recruitment strategies, whilst engaging the best talent in the market.
